Delete your account

NOXFORGE, the gym and food tracker · last updated 13 September 2026

You can delete your NOXFORGE account yourself, in the app, at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open NOXFORGE (the Android app or noxforge.osixlab.com) and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Want to keep a copy? Before deleting, use Settings → Export backup (JSON) or Export as CSV.

What is deleted

Your account, passkeys, linked Google or email sign-in, and recovery codes.
Everything synced to your profile: workouts, routines, programs, food log, recipes, body weight, measurements, progress photos and settings.
Your saved AI provider key and the coach's notes about you.
Your community profile, posts with their photos and videos, comments, reactions, poll votes, follows, the groups you created, your direct messages and conversations.
Diary share links, coach and client links, notification addresses, and feedback you sent.

What is kept

Nothing tied to you. Server backups roll over and are gone within 14 days; until then a backup could only be used to restore the whole service after a failure, never to bring back one account.

If you can no longer sign in

Email support@noxforge.osixlab.com from the address linked to your account, or with your community handle, and we will delete it and confirm by reply.
